Christmas Eve has been an amazing Bunkall family tradition. This year we really missed the Buxton family and wish them well while they celebrate Christmas in Germany.
In the morning Jill and I started by exercising. Each year my friends and I run a half marathon. It's just us friends who all run together and we have a great time. This year Randall, Doug, Kevin, and I all finished together with Nate Smith about 2 minutes behind us. It was a great run but it did leave me pretty dead the rest of the day. Jill chose to stay warm and walked on the treadmill. After a short nap, we went to lunch with my parents, Kandis, and Shanel's kids (Shanel was sick) at Astro Burger. We've often gone to a movie on Christmas Eve, but since there wasn't anything we all wanted to see, everyone came back to our house and watched "Elf" together.
That evening, we joined the Bunkall family. Judy and Corwin make an amazing dinner and decorate so nicely. Corwin made these table ornaments, based on an idea Judy had. They even have lights inside them and really looked beautiful on the table.

Here are the adults. Grandma and Grandpa Bunkall joined us again this year. Dinner was so amazing; we loved the Christmas jello, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and potatoes.
We had a Christmas program with Addison playing Mary and Cameron as Joseph.
Our kids joined in as an Angel, Wiseman, and Shepherd.

After dinner Grandma had gifts for the kids to open. They love their Christmas jammies.
Then as we got ready to go home, Judy read a Christmas book to the kids and gave them a copy of the book to take home.
We had a great Christmas Eve celebration and everyone is excited for the big day tomorrow.

What a fun night. The table Looks amazing. Such a fun time of year.
