School is officially over. For the first time our children didn't actually go to their last day of school. Their teachers all told them not to come and for the first time Jill let them! It was pretty anticlimactic.
Early June we celebrated Alyssa's birthday with the Bryant Family. She is sure growing up. All the family is generous and it's fun to all be together. She is excited to go into the Young Women program in January at 11 and a half years old.
School ended so she got a end of year treat.
The meme's that have come out during the pandemic are really funny!
Earlier in the year we bought Les Miserables tickets to Hale Theater. It's so nice being back in the theater. I read this is the only performance of Les Mis in the whole world! Most of the world is still closed down because of COVID. Landon was at basketball camp, so he wasn't going to be able to come with us. So we decided to invite Corwin and Judy to come with us. We left Alyssa home and Logan came along with us.
Jill dropped Landon off at BYU to basketball camp and he had a terrific time. He roomed with Luke Wenerstrom from our neighborhood and they had a great time. They met the BYU mens basketball coach and some of the players.
Calli and Alyssa went to AirBorn in South Jordan to celebrate school being over.
Jill was invited to go repelling with the Harvest Fields ward young women's group. She was nervous to go but had a blast.
We went for a quick hike to the suspension bridge to scout out a path to bring a young man who is in a wheel chair. The bridge hike is always a good time.
